Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items by exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods, as provided by Legislative Decree September 6, 2005, no. 206.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following cases/specific products:

- Perishable goods
- Sealed products, which for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once opened
- Products that do not have intact original packaging
- Purchases made with VAT number

To return the purchased goods, simply follow these simple steps:

1 - NOTIFY US OF THE RETURN

Send a written communication, using one of the following methods:

- 1. Using the "contact" form

- 2. Sending an email to ecommerce@waldner.it

2 - REPACKAGE THE GOODS

Once the staff of Waldnercare.com has verified and approved the return request, you will need to repackage the goods in the package exactly as received and book the return with a courier of your choice, entering, at the time of booking, all the information communicated by us. For the return to be accepted, the goods must be intact and packaged correctly, so as not to be damaged during transport. Refunds will not be made in case of damaged or broken goods (general terms and conditions of use and sale).

3 - SEND A RETURN CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Once the return has been booked, you will need to send a confirmation email to ecommerce@waldner.it containing the shipment waybill. The refund will be issued once the integrity of the goods has been verified.

The shipping costs of the products for both the return and the withdrawal are borne by the Customer.
